Crossloop! Screen sharing so easy, that even Grandma can use!

If your like me, you probably dread to pick up the phone when your parents or grandparents call. You know that they are going to have some kind of problem with the computer, and they know that you can fix it. It’s like your on their speed dial or something. They usually try to describe it but can’t generally give you enough detail to fix the problem. Then it usually ends up in frustration for you and sometimes your parents or grandparents. Often at times your have to drive to there place just to fix a simple little thing. Trust me, I know how you feel!

There is nothing like a picture to help solve problems with the computer; just recently I discovered a free program called CrossLoop. What it is, “is a FREE secure screen sharing utility designed for people of all technical skill levels. CrossLoop extends the boundaries of VNC’s traditional screen sharing by enabling non-technical users to get connected from anywhere on the Internet in seconds without changing any firewall or router settings.”

CrossLoop has helped me to solve many of my parents and grandparents computer problems. I actually answer their phone calls without to much fear and I can solve problems a heck of a lot quicker now. Anyone who feels like they are tech support, this is an absolute must download! It has probably saved me days worth of my time!

Thank You Crossloop developers!
